Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Cobalt Limited (the "Operator"), which runs the website casinowinplace.me.uk (the "Site") under Curaçao 8048/JAZ2020-8207. By entering the Site, creating an account or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Site immediately. You confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your country of residence, and in any case that you are at least 18 years old. You also confirm that using the Site is lawful where you live.

The Operator may amend these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect once it is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication counts as acceptance of the amended terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, game materials, design and layout, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the Site for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.

Liability limits

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of the Operator towards you is limited to the amount you have deposited with the Operator in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator against any claim, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Site, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds the licence referred to above.

Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise. Before starting any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact the Operator in writing and to make a reasonable effort to settle the matter amicably.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
